Pirate Activity

A series of raids is leaving the galaxy baffled. The first sign of the war having an intergalactic toll on the civilian population is the rise in crime and namely pirating. So far the pirating is exclusive to smaller ships and items, but could definitely escalate to the point of undermining factions if left untamed. With their focus on the war, the Jedi are in no position to deal with this, especially where things seem to be occurring on or around Jedi owned space. It is unlikely that the Sith will intervene, especially if it interferes with the Jedi retaliating in the war effort.
